Review: Tested this today while working, it holds shape very well and I think will be useful for a long plane flight.

Review: No weird smells out of the package, and after a gentle wash, the fabric held up well with no pilling or fading. I always recommend air-drying SHEIN pieces to preserve their shape and texture, and this one responded well to that.
